Temple in the world. Legend has it that this lake was formed where Lord Brahma - the

Once Brahma was worried over the matter of having a place in his name on the earth so he also had a desire to have a place in his name in the earth. Brahma threw a lotus flower upon the earth. The flower fell at three places and the holy water sprang out from all these three
places. Then Brahma gave the name to these places Pushkar.Pushkar is just 11kms. away from Ajmer and is called the sister of the Ajmer.Pushkar has become famous in the world.The Hindus people has their full believe in Pushkar they thought that at least once we have to visit Pushkar in the life.
